Assess Examinations Centre is proud to be JCQ-approved, welcoming both private and external candidates for GCSE, IGCSE, O Level, AS, and A-Level exam registrations.

We’re based on Picton Road in Liverpool — just minutes from the M62 and well-connected to the city centre by public transport. For added ease, free parking is available right outside the centre.

Well Established

Assess have been working with JCQ since 2009 and have a proven track record of success.

1. Choose your subject from either GCSE, IGCSE, Functional Skills or A Level exams and decide which series. November or May.

2. Enter all details of your exams on the Registration Form. Make sure you have the correct exam board and a course specification code. You will need to upload photo ID such as Passport, Student ID and/ or Drivers Licence.

3. Do you need support with access arrangements? If so, please attach your EHCP, JCQ Form 8 or any other relevant documentation. We will need confirmation from JCQ before we can approve access arrangements.

4. Once we have received you registration forms/ documents, one of our dedicated team members will contact you to confirm your enrolment, fees and discuss next steps.

5. If you are happy to continue, we will provide you with payment options available. Upon receipt of payment, we will register your entries and send out confirmation.

6. Prior to your examination/s we will send your timetable and candidate number along with the dates and times of your exams. In addition we will provide details of how to get to the centre and outline procedures for the exam day.
